Expression of Interest: Lay Member for West Sussex Children Safeguarding Partnership (WSSCP)
Are you passionate about safeguarding and child protection? Do you want to make a positive impact on the lives of children and families in West Sussex?
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join the West Sussex Children Safeguarding Partnership (WSSCP) as Lay Members.
As part of the 2023-26 Business Plan, the WSSCP is dedicated to strengthening independent scrutiny of our activities through a diverse range of community voices. We work with children, families, and young people to ensure every individual is supported to achieve their potential. Our aim is to develop best practices and foster a strong safeguarding culture in West Sussex, providing confidence and striving to improve outcomes for our children and families.
Lay Members of the WSSCP play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of children within our community. You will work collaboratively with other partnership members to oversee and monitor the effectiveness of safeguarding practices and policies.
